About Refund
Summary:
Refunds on ReefnBid are handled directly by the seller. If there’s an issue with your order, contact the seller first. If the seller issues a refund, it will be returned to your original payment method.
When a Refund May Apply
- DOA (Dead on Arrival) livestock covered under the seller’s policy.
- Items not as described.
- Seller cancels the order because the item is unavailable.
How Refunds Are Processed
- Contact the seller and explain the issue (include photos if needed).
- If approved, the seller issues a refund through their dashboard.
- Refunds go back to the card you used in Verified Checkout.
- Depending on your bank, it may take 5–10 business days to appear on your account.
Important Notes
- Refund eligibility is based on the seller’s Seller Policy (e.g., DOA terms, proof required, time limits).
- ReefnBid does not hold or release refunds—funds are processed directly by the seller through Stripe.
- If you can’t resolve the issue with the seller, email support@reefnbid.com with your order details.
