About Refund

Summary:

Refunds on ReefnBid are handled directly by the seller. If there’s an issue with your order, contact the seller first. If the seller issues a refund, it will be returned to your original payment method.


When a Refund May Apply

  • DOA (Dead on Arrival) livestock covered under the seller’s policy.
  • Items not as described.
  • Seller cancels the order because the item is unavailable.

How Refunds Are Processed

  1. Contact the seller and explain the issue (include photos if needed).
  2. If approved, the seller issues a refund through their dashboard.
  3. Refunds go back to the card you used in Verified Checkout.
  4. Depending on your bank, it may take 5–10 business days to appear on your account.

Important Notes

  • Refund eligibility is based on the seller’s Seller Policy (e.g., DOA terms, proof required, time limits).
  • ReefnBid does not hold or release refunds—funds are processed directly by the seller through Stripe.
  • If you can’t resolve the issue with the seller, email support@reefnbid.com with your order details.
