Why Can’t I Place a Bid?

If you can’t place bids, you likely have an unpaid order that needs to be resolved.

Why this happens

When an order payment fails, we temporarily block bidding on your account. This helps keep the marketplace fair and ensures buyers can follow through on purchases.

How to fix it

  1. Go to your Account page and update your payment method.
  2. Once updated, we’ll attempt to charge the unpaid order immediately.
  3. After the payment succeeds, you can start bidding again right away.

What happens to my existing bids?

If you were the leading bidder when your payment failed, your leading bids are removed so other buyers have a fair opportunity. You can place new bids as soon as your payment is resolved.
