How to Leave a Seller Rating

Buyers can leave a rating after an order is fulfilled to share their experience with a seller.

How to Leave a Rating

  1. Go to your account, go to Activity, then Orders
  2. Scroll to a Fulfilled order
  3. Click Rate Seller
  4. Select 1–5 stars
  5. (Optional) Add a comment (up to 400 characters)
  6. (Optional) Add a picture/video (up to 5 photos and 1 video)
  7. Click Submit Rating

Who Can Leave a Rating

You can leave a seller rating if all of the following are true:

  • You are the buyer on the order
  • The order status is Fulfilled
  • The order was fulfilled within the last 30 days
  • You have not already rated this order

Where Ratings Appear

Product pages

  • Star rating shown next to seller name (e.g. ★ 4.8 (23))
  • Shows “No ratings yet" if none exist

Seller profile

  • Summary with average rating and total count
  • Reviews tab listing individual ratings (stars, comment, name, date)
