Getting Paid on ReefnBid
ReefnBid uses Stripe to process payments and send payouts to sellers. All payout timing and transfers are handled by Stripe.
Key Things to Know
Payments Are Released After Fulfillment
- Buyer payments are processed at when you charge the order.
- Funds become eligible for transfer to Stripe only after you mark an order as Fulfilled.
- Orders that are not fulfilled will not be released for payout.
This ensures Buyer Protection and confirms the transaction is complete.
Your Stripe Payout Schedule Controls Timing
- Stripe sends payouts to your bank based on your configured payout schedule (daily, weekly, monthly, or manual).
- ReefnBid does not control when funds are deposited into your bank account.
