ReefnBid uses Stripe to process payments and send payouts to sellers. All payout timing and transfers are handled by Stripe.

Key Things to Know

Payments Are Released After Fulfillment

  • Buyer payments are processed at when you charge the order.
  • Funds become eligible for transfer to Stripe only after you mark an order as Fulfilled.
  • Orders that are not fulfilled will not be released for payout.

This ensures Buyer Protection and confirms the transaction is complete.

Your Stripe Payout Schedule Controls Timing

  • Stripe sends payouts to your bank based on your configured payout schedule (daily, weekly, monthly, or manual).
  • ReefnBid does not control when funds are deposited into your bank account.
