What are ReefnBid Points?

ReefnBid Points (RnB Points) are a rewards credit issued by ReefnBid.

You can spend them like cash at checkout. Only ReefnBid can issue

points, not sellers, and you cannot buy them.

HOW DO I EARN POINTS?

Points are awarded by ReefnBid in situations like:

• Promotions and campaigns (for example, completing your profile and verifying a payment method during a launch promo)
• Compensation or goodwill credits issued by our team
• Refunds on select orders where ReefnBid issues points instead of cash

You cannot purchase points, and sellers cannot issue them.

WHAT ARE POINTS WORTH?

1 point = 1 cent.

So 100 points = $1.00, and 1,000 points = $10.00.

HOW ARE POINTS APPLIED AT CHECKOUT?

Points are applied automatically to every eligible order. You do not need to opt in or enter an amount. Your full available balance is used, up to the amount the order can accept.

Points and other credits are applied to your order total in this order:

1. Seller Credit (from the seller you are buying from) is used first, against the product subtotal and shipping.
2. RnB Points are used next, against whatever product value Seller Credit did not cover. Points never offset shipping.
3. Your payment method is charged for the remaining balance, plus tax.

Because Seller Credit is used first, if a seller credit fully covers your order, your RnB Points balance is untouched and saved for a future order.

DOES THE SELLER LOSE MONEY WHEN I REDEEM POINTS?

No. Sellers are paid the full sale amount. ReefnBid absorbs the value of any points you redeem. The seller receives the same payout as if you had paid entirely in cash.

DO POINTS EXPIRE?

RnB points expire 366 days after they are awarded. Expired points are removed from your balance automatically and cannot be restored.

WHERE CAN I SEE MY POINTS?

Sign in and open your Account page. The RnB Points section shows:

• Your current balance
• A full history of every entry -- issued, redeemed, expired, or reversed -- with the date and the order it applied to (when applicable)

WHAT IF MY ORDER IS REFUNDED?

If an order that used RnB Points is refunded, the points that were redeemed are returned to your balance under the same expiration terms they had before. You will see a "Reversed" entry in your points history.
